Holiday Gifts for a Freak

It's, it's, it's.......it's hollllllidayyyyy!!! ^^
I'm in semester break for a week. Weehoo! Oh I hope 1 week would be enough to recharge my brain.
Well, I know Miira and Aki were trying to make me jealous when they went to the cheapest Big Bad Wolf book sale as low as RM8 for each book (yes buddies, I am still jealous :p). Times book fair wasn't bad though. The cheapest price is RM3, but that's for old books and many people were swarming over the shelves.

I was into bestseller books with 30% discounts, and I bought 3 books: Room by Emma Donoghue, Sing You Home by Jodi Picoult and To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee.
Victory! But I ain't really satisfy, I'm gonna revisit the fair next week. Heeee...
Thanks to Ifo anyway for keeping me company to find books for 1 hour and a half. ^^

By the way, I hope it's not too late to wish a happy Halloween to those who celebrate it. I'm not celebrating Halloween so I won't have the chance to wear a wacky costume, but I fancy these babies:

Aren't they cute??! Look at that chubby little fella in pumpkin..awwwww!!
Talking about costumes, we'll having an annual dinner for my course this fall, with 80's theme. So I have to dress up like a lady from 80's. Should I wear something like Madonna's Like a Virgin? Or Michael Jackson? Or wearing the legendary red kebaya? I don't know...could you give me some ideas? :)

i think, you should wear bright red kebaya. well.... unless, if you'd like to wear something entirely different. i don't know much about the 80s. :)

  13. i only have 2 out of them but my mockingbird is the classic cover. i don't own the Room yet.

i don't really like Sing You Home. but u should read it and guess why i'm a little bit frustrated with the storyline. Lol

Hmm.. if you're feeling all traditional, u should wear kebaya. Vintage dress is nice too. Tons of selection and most of them are sweet + classy. Hmm.. I sounded like bias since i love vintage dresses. LOL
