I'm gonna write my verdicts on both Puss in Boots and Breaking Dawn Part 1.
Armstrong, since you're a kitteh master, you should watch Puss in Boots. And to all cat lovers too. You guys are gonna love it! ^^
Gawd, what can I say? Puss in Boots is a cute movie. You know I really love cats and when I watch them in an animation, they look even more cuter! Shrek is boring. So thankfully there's no Shrek in this movie. There are just Puss, Kitty Softpaws, Humpty Dumpty, and Jack and Jill. If you like the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, then this is for you. This one's my favorite scene:
It's hilarious as well. It makes you go "awwwwww.....!!!". And I like the way Puss says "I'm a bad kitteh!". :p
But somehow there's a peculiar feeling when they're showing all the natures of cats like...purring, the wide open pleading eyes, catching light, meowing................I miss Asmara... :(

Okay okay no more melodrama. Now let's move on to Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1. I fall in love with Bella's wedding dress. The honeymoon is romantic and..Bella wearing lingerie is funny. Too romantic that I'm amazed that their room turns into a wrecked ship after the first night of honeymoon. Man, what kind of sex is that? Vampire sex? Whatever.
When Bella's pregnant, that's the worst pregnancy ever. She looks terrible, pale and skinny. The make-up works very well. And the scene where she drinks blood is super disgusting. I know it's just a concentrated syrup, but still.
What Jacob do is really sweet. The way he's accepting the fact that he couldn't win Bella's heart plays Adele's Someone Like You song in my head. It's not over and he's always there to protect Bella.
The ending is fantastic. Bella becomes a vampire and it's so epic! I can't wait to watch the Part II!

Puss In Boots is my family's all-time fave but I've yet to watch the 3D version. However, I can't say much about Breaking Dawn. Heard it's terrible.

I just watched the movie today, 5:20 show ;D I was considering either that or Breaking Down, but I prefer watching the origins of Puss In Boots rather than watch Bella finally become immortal hehee. But I might watch Twilight though, perhaps tomorrow or the week after.

Humpty Dumpty. I did not expect him to betray Puss for the 2nd time. That is just a bad egg. Wahahaa. If I saw Humpty Dumpty, I just kick it... hmm, no... that's too rash. I would force him to lie down and leave him there. Na, that sounds way better. Wuahahaa.

ReplyDeletei've read all of their books.... i mean, stephenie meyer's twilight, etc.... so, i don't watch the movies anymore. the stories were great though.... it was just that, the movies were not up to my expectation. oh, i'm such a pain. :)
